Lindy was raised in the mountains of North Carolina but moved East to pursue her Physical Therapy degree. She has been a Physical Therapist Assistant since 1994 primarily serving people in Home Health, CCRC's, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and outpatient therapy.

Lindy is very excited to bring her experience and love of helping others regain their strength and mobility in order to live full and active lives to the aquatic setting.

Lindy lives in Wake Forest with her husband, 2 teenage sons, her dog Gabby and her ferocious feline, Mr. Sparkles.
