Aquatic therapy through Integrated Therapy is what I needed to help offset the loss of strength and mobility in my legs. From the initial session with Liz to the sessions with Ledena, I have been most impressed with their knowledge, caring, and professionalism. They are excellent at challenging you to improve while understanding your physical limitations. Aquatic therapy is by far the best physical therapy that I have experienced and I have had multiple opportunities from knee replacement to hip replacement and several other injuries.

My experience with my therapy sessions at the Lawrenceville Lifetime Fitness location is very beneficial. My therapist Angela Joseph has me doing a routine that is both challenging and rewarding. Angela is a compassionate pusher, she knows how to get my best even on my bad days! Each session she is concerned with my pain level and she makes adjustments when needed. Overall, not only is Integrated Therapy blessed to have her on their team, but I feel doubly blessed that she is my therapist!

Jennifer has been professional, prepared and a great help to me during my Aqua PT these past several weeks. I have already noticed an improvement in core strength and with my spine. I always look forward to my sessions with Jennifer and if the other therapists with Integrated therapy are even half as good, patients will be in extremely good hands. My personal belief is that physicians who do not recommend Aqua therapy are doing their patients a big disservice.
