Harriet Adams
PTA, BA, Owner
Harriet is the owner of Integrated Therapy, LLC. She has been involved in the aquatic physical therapy industry since 1991. She attended Saint Mary’s College in Raleigh, N.C. and earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition, she completed the physical therapist assistant program at Gwinnett Technical Institute and she studied aquatic physical therapy techniques in Bad Ragaz, Switzerland. Harriet earned her recognition of advanced proficiency for the physical therapist assistant in musculoskeletal physical therapy. She worked for seven years at the Shepherd Spinal Center. Harriet presents aquatic therapy seminars to healthcare providers, hospitals and fitness organizations with a focus on independence and function for patients with orthopedic and neurological diagnoses and chronic illnesses.
Harriet co-authored Aquatic Exercise Toolbox, which is published by Human Kinetics. She is an active member of the Aquatic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association and served on their board for seven years. The Physical Therapy Association of Georgia awarded Harriet the “Outstanding Physical Therapist Assistant” award in 2004. She was the recipient of the 2003 Fidelity award from the American Red Cross. Harriet was also honored with the 2005 “Women to Watch”; where she was honored by her Junior League peers. Currently, Harriet is President of the North Atlanta Young Men's Service League and on the board of the Collins Food Pantry. She has also served on the board for Peachtree Road United Methodist Church Pre-School, Paces Neighborhood, the Junior League of Atlanta, and the Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum in Savannah, Georgia. She is also the owner of Aquatic Consultants of Georgia, Inc. Harriet is married with a son and daughter and lives in Buckhead.
Ken Schauer
Director of Operations
Ken graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Business Administration and earned a Physical Therapy Assistant degree from South University in Tampa. Along with aquatic therapy, he has worked in acute care, in-patient rehab and outpatient settings. Ken has grown up around the water and was a competitive swimmer during school. He and his wife live in Johns Creek, along with their daughter and son. They like to stay active outdoors but also enjoy a good football game or movie to relax.
Dingiwe Malone
Office Assistant
Dingiwe "Dee", is originally from Zambia in southern Africa prior to relocating to Atlanta, Georgia. After graduating from the Interactive College of Technology with a degree in Medical Administration, she was excited to be able to use her skills in her position with Integrated Therapy.
Dee thrives on creating positive patient experiences by assisting with scheduling and helping navigate the complexities of insurance verification. Outside of work, Dee loves to unwind with a good book and exploring new destinations with family and friends.

Ablavi Koudonou
Office Manager
Ablavi was born in Togo, West Africa and now resides in Lithonia, GA. She graduated from Herzing University in Atlanta with a Bachelor of Science degree. Ablavi stays very busy as the Office Manager, where she manages both Integrated Therapy and Aquatic Consultants of GA. American which provides Red Cross swimming lessons. As well as teaching swim lessons, Ablavi is a certified American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor. Her hobbies include swimming, reading, and having fun with family and friends.
Zam Kabahuma
Office Assistant
Zam is ecstatic to have landed her dream job and is grateful to be part of the Integrated therapy team.
Born and raised in Western Uganda, Zam's adventurous spirit has led her to live in work in various countries including South Africa, Batswana, and the United Arab Emirates.
In 2019, Zam moved to America and after spending a year in Provo, Utah she found her true home in Atlanta, Georgia.
In 2023, Zam completed her Medical Administration studies at the Interactive College of Technology, Chamblee Brunch, equipping herself with the skills and knowledge to excel with Integrated Therapy.
James Irungu
CEO, Capital Billing Services
James Irungu is the CEO and founder of Capital Billing Services, INC. CBS was founded in 2008 to help Providers streamline their Billing Services. James and CBS have worked with Integrated Therapy since 2014. “Integrated and CBS form a strong team and our core purpose is to help simplify Billing for the patients”. Michelle Moore
Michelle has contributed to the Integrated Therapy team since 2013 and is passionate about the healing power of water! She began her career in Atlanta and has over 25 years of sales, account management, marketing, and relationship-building experience. Throughout her career, Michelle has managed National Account marketing for several technology and telecommunications companies including CompuServe, WorldCom, and BellSouth. She also directed national marketing communications and distribution for Barco Projection, a large international multimedia company. A California native and graduate of Vanderbilt University, Michelle lives in Atlanta with her two children.
Athens
Stacy Stephens
Stacy is a native of Valdosta, Georgia and a graduate of the University of Georgia. She has experience as a Congressional staffer in Washington, DC and a legal recruiter in Atlanta, Georgia. She currently resides in Athens with her husband Carey and her children Bo, 13 and Hank, 12. She enjoys volunteering at her church, attending UGA sporting events, and spending time on St. Simons Island. Stacy has seen the benefits of aquatic therapy for her parents and enjoys letting Athens doctors and residents know about Integrated Therapy.

Carolyn Adams
Carolyn Adams is a graduate from Greensboro College in North Carolina and is a retired Educator. She was the recipient of the 1998 - 1999 Middlesex Teacher of the Year award.
She served on the Moorhead Scholarship Selection Committee, Chairperson of the Wellness Committee, and Board Member of the Harold Cooley Library. Carolyn is a past member of The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International and the Nashville United Methodist Church
Carolyn’s belief in Integrated Therapy runs deep and personal. After painful foot surgery and a recent heart attack, she has been able to return to an active pain-free lifestyle with no medications! She can attest to the quality of care and concern each therapist has for their patients. Carolyn benefited so much from aquatic physical therapy that she decided to join the Integrated Therapy marketing team to be able to help others. She is married with two daughters and three grandchildren. During her free time, you can find her playing bridge with her girl friends and shagging at the beach with her husband, Frank.
Stephanie Willard
My husband, Charles and I have been in the Raleigh area for over 20 years. We stay very busy juggling our children’s schedules and spending time with family. We also love going to the mountains and beach.
I graduated from Saint Mary’s College and also obtained a BA degree at NC State University. After graduating from college I got into sales and was a sales representative for ten years. During that time I gained lots of marketing experience. After my children were born I became a preschool teacher and director.
Hannah Park
Hannah was born and raised in Broomfield, Colorado and graduated from Colorado Mesa University in 2023 where she studied Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Strategies. The same year Hannah moved to Charlotte with her boyfriend, three dogs, and her cat. She is very close with her two older sisters, one of whom lives in Raleigh, which was a huge factor in moving, along with the weather. Hannah loves snowboarding, boating, and hiking; pretty much anything outdoors.
